Evangel Hospital is pleased to introduce two Premium Comprehensive Health Check-up Plans, covering a wide range of essential assessments including hearing, haematology, liver and kidney functions, thyroid function, and bone health to cater to diverse health needs.
Designed for individuals aged 50 or above and those proactive about healthy ageing, the Premium Elderly Comprehensive Check-up Plans builds upon comprehensive full-body screening with three specialized risk assessments: cognitive health and Alzheimer's disease-related risk assessment, heart failure-related risk assessment, and early minor kidney damage screening. All clinical examinations and laboratory reports are interpreted by medical doctors, helping you take charge of your health trajectory—because as years go by, the vibrancy of life remains unchanged.

Terms & Conditions
- The offer is valid from Monday to Friday 9a.m. to 5p.m. and Saturday 9a.m. to 1p.m. (including doctor consultations and follow-ups), excluding public holidays. Advance booking is required.
- Follow-ups must be completed within two months. Otherwise, an additional doctor consultation fee will be changed.
- Above health check packages are not eligible for the Free Pick promotion.
- Participants may participate in additional checkup items from the "Optional items" list at a discounted price.
- Participants must fast for at least 6 hours before undergoing the health check (do not consume chewing gum or candy); only a small amount of plain water may be consumed.
- Elderly Healthcare Vouchers are not applicable to the above health check packages.
- This offer cannot be combined with other promotions.
- The Hospital reserves the final right to provide services and interpret the terms.
