Evangel Hospital Mobile App now launches the new feature - "Access Your Medical Record". Once verified, you can view and download medical records and consultation details within the app, including:

1. Consultation records, outpatient prescriptions, and laboratory reports from the past three years as of the access date
2. Radiology diagnostic reports conducted at our hospital starting from April 1, 2025
3. Patient’s most recently updated allergy records

In addition, you can continue to enjoy features such as booking medical services, applying for exclusive member discounts (special offers for Evangel Church pastors/staff/members/families and employees of Christian organizations), and selecting suitable health check-up plans.

Identity Verification:
Download the Evangel Hospital Mobile App now, register, and bring your identification documents to our hospital to complete a simple authentication process to enjoy an enhanced healthcare experience!

From now until August 15, 2025, those who complete identity verification at our hospital between 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM and 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday, may have a chance to receive a complimentary souvenir!
