The serious fire at Wang Fuk Court in Tai Po is distressing, and we wish peace to be with all affected individuals and rescue personnel. You may also try deeper and longer breaths, gradually adjusting your breathing until you start feeling calm, reminding yourself that you are in a safe environment and aware of your needs.
