【職責】

Health Care Assistant – Radiology & Imaging

Responsibilities 

  • Require to rotate to XR/ US/ CT/ MR/ PET CT
  • Preparation of exam room (tidying up, changing headphone cover, etc.)
  • Preparation of patients (direct patients to get change, explain the exam procedure, etc.)
  • Assist patient to get on the exam couch especially those with walking difficulties
  • Assist to monitor general condition of patient while radiographer is out of the exam room
  • Assist nursing staff in patient care procedures
  • Assist radiographic staff in patient positioning

Qualifications & Experience

Procurement Officer

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for daily procurement activities to comply with Hospital’s policies and procedures
  • Handling of tender/ quotation processes including sourcing qualified suppliers/ contractors, preparing tender/ quotation documents, conducting tender/ quotation evaluation and recommendation, compiling contract documents, etc.
  • Responsible for supply chain management including inventory control and replenishment, store management and stocktaking exercises
  • Management of procurement related and assets inventory related database
  • Preparation of regular reports related to procurement and supplies for management review
  • Supervision of clerical and supporting staff
  • Undertake other duties as assigned by supervisor(s).

 

 Qualifications & Preferred Attributes

  • Degree holder in Purchasing & Supply Management/ Business Administration/ Health Management or related disciplines
  • At least 2 years of relevant working experience
  • Working experience in a healthcare setting would be an advantage
  • Proficient in MS Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
  • A responsible, detail-minded and self-motivated team player and be able to work under pressure
  • Effective communication skills with good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.

Senior Clerk - Medical Records

Responsibilities

  • Scanning and quality checking of medical records and loose sheets records
  • Ensure accuracy, completeness and proper filing of medical documentation
  • Retrieve and distribute patient records as requested by healthcare professionals
