We are looking for an Analyst Programmer skilled in AI to improve our Hospital systems. This job combines traditional coding with AI to boost system performance and user experience.

【Responsibilities】

• Work with Hospital staff to understand their needs for the Hospital systems
• Use AI tools to speed up coding and enhance code quality
• Write, test, and launch efficient C# programs in .NET for the Hospital systems
• Maintain and fine-tune MS SQL Server databases for top performance and security
• Link the Hospital systems with other systems for data sharing purpose.

【Qualifications & Preferred Attributes】

• Degree in Computer Science, IT or related disciplines
• At least 2 years of C# programming and MS SQL Server experience
• Strong problem-solving and tech-learning skills
• Excellent communication skills with effective team work and collaboration
• Familiarized with software development process and agile methods
• Healthcare application and data knowledge is an advantage.

【Responsibilities】

• Provide administrative support to various executives in Administrative Departments.
• Develop and maintain a central document control system for the Hospital
• Assist in developing operational guidelines for administrative functions
• Assist in collecting, analyzing and compiling data for management reports
• Handle correspondences and documents including filing and record keeping
• Provide logistic support for Hospital meetings
• Perform any other duties related to the post as assigned by supervisor(s).

• At least 10 years of working experience providing administrative and secretariat support to senior executives

【Responsibilities】

• To perform a full spectrum of HR duties which include C&B, payroll, HRIS and policy review; and
• To assist in ad-hoc projects as assigned by supervisor(s).

• Degree holder with proven work experience in C&B, payroll or HRIS spectrum;
• Good knowledge of Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and database management;

職責﹕

• 負責日常或突發機械設備﹙包括各類型壓縮機、水泵﹚、日常電力系統、特低壓設備、家電、空調及冷凝裝置、工業及醫療器械的擬定或突發的維修工作
• 負責一般醫院設施保養及維修，包括﹕泥水、油漆、細木工、安裝鎖及其他簡單配件、一般供水及排水安裝
• 執行醫院各項設備和儀器的裝置、運作、修理及保養於良好及安全水平
• 協助處理醫院緊急維修和事故，如水、電、消防火警系統及醫療氣體供應故障
• 協助定期視察院內各樓宇設備之狀況，並跟進維修事宜
• 執行上級指派的各項職務

入職要求：

• 中三程度或具同等學歷；能讀寫中文及簡單英文
• 最少五年相關工作經驗﹙其中最少兩年必須為取得下列牌照後之經驗﹚
• 持有不少於一個下列的牌照﹕A級或以上電業工程人員註冊證明書；建造業工人註冊管理局註冊為相關工藝熟練 / 半熟練技工
• 持有認可「建造業安全訓練證明書」(即建造業平安咭)
• 須輪班工作，並在颱風、暴雨及其他緊急事故時按需要當值
• 具醫院或相關樓宇設施保養及維修工作經驗可獲優先考慮
• 申請者或須通過有關技能測試

【Responsibilities】

• To consolidate daily procurement activities in compliance with the Hospital’s policies and procedures
• To handle tender/ quotation processes including sourcing qualified suppliers/ contractors
• To prepare tender/ quotation documents, conduct evaluation and recommendation, compile contract documents
• To manage the supply chain including inventory control and replenishment, store management, store-taking exercises
• To manage the database, update regular reports
• To supervise clerical or supporting staff
• To participate in any other duties as assigned by supervisor(s)

【Qualifications & Preferred Attributes】

• Degree holder in Purchasing & Supply Management/ Business Administration/ Health Management or related disciplines
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience
• Working experience in a healthcare setting would be an advantage
• Proficient in MS Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
• Detail-minded, self-motivated, a good team player and be able to work under pressure
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese

• Bachelor Degree / Professional Diploma in Diagnostic Radiography or equivalent
• Holder of Certificate of Registration Part I / II (Category D) with valid practicing certificate and Irradiating Apparatus License issued
• Need to rotate in CT / MRI / Mammogram
• At least 5 years' working experience (Radiographer I) as diagnostic Radiographer, experience in MRI / VAB / PETCT / CT is an advantage
• On-call duty and shift duty required
• Fluency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin)

【Qualifications & Preferred Attributes】

• Holder of Hong Kong Registered Nurse license with valid practicing certificate
• Holder of valid Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certificate/ Basic Life Support (BLS) certificate
• Holder of Peri-operating Nursing/ Anesthesia Nursing/ Endoscopy Nursing/ Central Sterile Supplies Department Certificate
• Work as Scrub/ Assistant/ Circulating Nurse in Operating Theatre
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience in Operating Theatre/ Endoscopy/ Central Sterile Supplies
