【職責】

• 協助牙科及門診部日常運作。
• 接待病人、安排預約及準備治療室。
• 接聽電話並按需要處理一般接待工作。
• 處理病人病歷、賬單及保險事宜。
• 教導病人口腔衛生知識。
• 協助牙醫進行治療，包括拍攝及沖洗牙科 X 光片。
• 管理及訂購牙科用品和耗材，清潔及消毒儀器。
• 遵守感染控制及安全標準。

【入職條件】

• 香港中學文憑試或同等學歷，並具至少 3年牙科診所相關工作經驗。
• 持有牙科手術助理證書。
• 需要輪班及輪休（毋須通宵值班）。

【職責】

• 預備診症房內物品，保持房間清潔，每日定時更換床單
• 協助門診、專科及私家醫生診症，及醫療程序
• 接待求診病人，協助門診部護理站工作
• 協調病人診症後跟進事宜
• 負責提示醫生審閱檢驗報告，需要時交由護士通知病人提前覆診
• 確保儀器質素合標準，如有故障，即時提出跟進
• 按時增添表格或資訊文件
• 常規性處理過剩的檢查報告
• 點算專科中央消毒供應部物品數量
• 必須遵守院方訂定之職業安全及健康規則和指引
• 負責檢查檢驗報告之進度，如發現有遺漏，需即時跟進
• 協助輪椅或輪床病人，往其他部門作檢查或離開
• 處理每日，每週，每月常規工作
• 執行主管委派職責內工作調配及特定任務

【Responsibilities】 

• Require to rotate to XR/ US/ CT/ MR/ PET CT
• Preparation of exam room (tidying up, changing headphone cover, etc.)
• Preparation of patients (direct patients to get change, explain the exam procedure, etc.)
• Assist patient to get on the exam couch especially those with walking difficulties
• Assist to monitor general condition of patient while radiographer is out of the exam room
• Assist nursing staff in patient care procedures
• Assist radiographic staff in patient positioning
• Act as chaperon

【Qualifications & Experience】

• Form 5/ DSE or above
• Certificate in Health Care Assistant training
• Relevant experience is preferred
• Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin

【Responsibilities】

• Assist the Nursing Manager in assessing, planning and delivering quality perioperative care
• Serve as a scrub, assistant, or circulating nurse for various surgical and endoscopic procedures, ensuring instruments and equipment are properly prepared
• Provide safe, accurate and compassionate care while maintaining effective communication with doctors, patients and colleagues
• Supervise nursing and support staff, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and ensure hospital standards and policies are upheld
• Administer medications including controlled drugs and assist in managing complaints or risk cases

• Holder of valid Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certificate/ Basic Life Support (BLS) certificate
• Holder of Peri-operating Nursing/ Anesthesia Nursing/ Endoscopy Nursing/ Central Sterile Supplies Department Certificate
• Experience serving as a Scrub, Assistant or Circulating Nurse is required
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in Operating Theatre/ Endoscopy or Central Sterile Supplies

【Responsibilities】

• Oversee the overhaul, maintenance, replacement and emergency response for building systems including HVAC, electrical supply system, plumbing and drainage, medical gas, fire services, BMS, lifts and building fabric.
• Plan and implement preventive maintenance schedules, manage spare parts procurement and supervise the daily operations of Facility Management Team.
• Prepare and vet tender specifications, supervise technical staff and contractors and ensure work quality, safety and compliance with contract standards.

【Qualifications & Preferred Attributes】

• Higher Diploma/ Certificate in Building Services, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering from a recognized institution or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of relevant supervisory experience in building services or project management.
• Holder of Registered Electrical Worker Certificate (Grade BO or above) and valid Safety Training Certificate (Green Card).
• Proficiency in English and Chinese; with good computer and reporting skills.
• Preferably with practical experience in healthcare facility management or building service operations.
• Preferably with possession of Construction Worker Registration Card, Supervisor Safety Certificate or Plumber’s License.

• At least 5 years of operating theatre/ endoscopy experience

• Empathic and be able to demonstrate commitment in nursing

【Responsibilities】

• Administer and maintain Linux and Windows servers, virtualization platforms, and core hospital systems.
• Perform backup, recovery and business continuity operations using Veeam Backup & Replication, including regular restore testing.
• Manage network and security infrastructure, ensuring compliance with IT security policies and regulatory requirements.
• Administer storage systems, capacity planning and performance tuning.
• Provide daily user support, including IT operations support and Microsoft 365 administration.
• Monitor system performance, availability, capacity and security events; perform incident and problem management.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related discipline.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in system administration and IT infrastructure support.
• Strong hands-on experience with Linux and Windows Server administration.
• Experience with virtualization platforms (e.g. VMware / Proxmox / Sangfor) and storage systems.
• Experience with networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, VLAN, firewall, VPN) and security controls.
• Hands-on experience with backup, DR, patch management and system hardening.
• Practical experience or strong interest in using modern AI tools and automation for IT operations.
• Good communication skills and ability to work under pressure in a healthcare operational environment.

【Responsibilities】

• Maintain the tidiness and cleanliness of the nursing station
• Handle patient admission to ward
• Handle internal and external customers to maintain patient services
