• Surcharges will be levied for emergency services or services are required outside office hours.
• The actual charge will depend on the complexity of case. Doctor reserves the right to decide the suitability of the above Package Fee according to individual patient’s condition.
• If the patient is diagnosed with a medical condition different from his or her original diagnosis after admission or in the course of the procedures and requires alternative treatment and/or services, the hospital may void the package and charge according to the new treatment required.
