Total 44 items, including:
-Assessment and follow-up by GP
-Eye examination

-Ultrasound of liver, Gall bladder & Spleen

Terms and Conditions:
- Promotion period: From now until 16 March, 2026 (Monday) (excluding public holidays). Checkup must be completed within this period. Participants must be Hong Kong residents.
- The offer is available Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (including checkup and follow-up), excluding public holidays. Customers must call 2711 5222 in advance to make an appointment. “Free Pick” offer is not included.

Each citizen can only use the EH6K offer once.
- Participants may opt for additional checkup items at discounted rates listed in the “Checkup Optional Items” table.
- Participants must fast for at least 6 hours before the checkup (no chewing gum or candy); only small amounts of water are allowed.
- Offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts and promotional offers.
- Terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice.
- In case of any dispute related to this offer, the decision of Evangel Hospital shall be final.
