Evangel Hospital has always upheld the philosophy of "Care that Cures" through the provision of holistic, high-quality, and affordable healthcare services to the community, as a testimony of God's love and peace.
This year marks the 60th anniversary of Evangel Hospital. To thank everyone for their continued support, we offer discounted health checkups for holders of Carer EPS during Caregivers Month in October. By doing this, we hope to extend our blessings to all caregivers through love and healthcare services.
Promotion Period: October 1 to October 31, 2025:
Terms and Conditions:
-The health check discount is only available to holders of the “Carer EPS Card.” Eligible individuals can participate via the “Carer EPS Platform.”
-The promotion period is from October 1 to October 31, 2025.
-The offer is valid Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (including health check and follow-up consultation), excluding public holidays.
-This offer cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions.
-Elderly Health Care Vouchers are not applicable to this health check package.
-Terms and conditions of the offer are subject to change without prior notice.
-Evangel Hospital reserves the right of final decision in case of any disputes regarding this offer.
