【Responsibilities】

• Manage a team to monitor daily accounting and finance operations, such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, doctor split, general ledger, month-end reporting, inventory, fixed assets and cash management
• Prepare accurate financial statements, management reports and ad-hoc reports timely
• In charge of annual budget, forecast, year-end audit and other financial analyses
• Operate and maintain computerized systems and internal control system
• Develop and update accounting related standard operating procedures, guidelines and policies
• Implement process improvement on operating procedure of daily operations
• Carry out any other accounting and finance related duties as required.

【Qualifications & Preferred Attributes】

• Qualified Accountant of HKICPA or ACCA with degree in Accountancy or equivalent
• At least 8 years' accounting experience, with at least 5 years' accounting experience in supervisory level
• High proficiency in Excel is a must. Hands-on experience in financial modelling will be an advantage
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese
• Attention to details, self-motivated, strong organizational skill, excellent communication skill, committed to deliver and ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure.

• Write, test, and launch efficient C# programs in .NET for the Hospital systems
• Maintain and fine-tune MS SQL Server databases for top performance and security

職責﹕

• 負責日常或突發機械設備﹙包括各類型壓縮機、水泵﹚、日常電力系統、特低壓設備、家電、空調及冷凝裝置、工業及醫療器械的擬定或突發的維修工作
• 負責一般醫院設施保養及維修，包括﹕泥水、油漆、細木工、安裝鎖及其他簡單配件、一般供水及排水安裝
