How can we develop resilience in ourselves and our children?   Our hospital's Psychological Assessment and Counselling Center has specially designed a series of support lectures and workshops for Primary School Parents. Ms. Ching Shuk Yuen, a senior counselor with more than 20 years of experience, was invited to share how to improve resilience and cultivate children's mental health. This is not only a lecture, but also an in-depth understanding of the needs of parents and children and sharing ideas for cultivating healthy growth. "Primary School Parent Support Workshop - How to Raise Mentally Healthy Children" (three sessions) Introduction: Cultivating children’s spiritual health will be discussed through three interactive workshops.
