Eat Right Look Bright – Personalized Healthy Weight Gain Program
Being underweight not only affects appearance but can also lead to nutritional deficiencies, causing issues such as hormonal imbalance, irregular periods, hair loss, anemia, reduced immunity, lower fertility, and increased risk of osteoporosis and fractures. Healthy weight gain is not just about “eating more.” Common causes include poor gut absorption, faster metabolism, or other factors. Relying solely on high-fat foods may cause digestive discomfort or long-term metabolic problems. Our registered dietitians focus on high-nutrient-density foods and balanced proportions to help you gain weight safely and healthily, while improving overall energy and well-being.
Healthy Weight Gain Program One-on-one guidance to build your nutrition knowledge and make every bite meaningful.Target: Individuals who are underweight or wish to gain weight healthily while learning proper eating habits. Discounted price:$1,650 (Original: $1,840)

Diet Package for Irritable Bowel Syndrome’s Patients
Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) is a functional disorder where the intestinal structure appears normal, with no inflammation, and test results like blood work or imaging also appear normal. However, symptoms such as abdominal pain, bloating or discomfort, and changes in bowel habits occur. While there is currently no complete cure for IBS, studies indicate that about 75% of patients experience significant improvement when following a Low FODMAP Diet. This diet requires individual evaluation and supervision by a registered dietitian to help identify food groups that trigger symptoms, improving patients' quality of life and reducing risks of malnutrition.
Symptoms of IBS:
Repeated diarrhea or strong urge to defecate
Changes in bowel habits, such as increased frequency (diarrhea) or decreased frequency (constipation)
Frequent abdominal pain or bloating
Stool consistency being overly hard or loose
Experiencing diarrhea at least three to four times a month, which may even affect daily life
Low FODMAP Diet Plan:
Consultation with a registered dietitian (3 sessions) – $1,270
