【Responsibilities】
- To assist Nursing manager to plan and organize nursing care activities in the delivery of total patient care
- To supervise new staff and monitor their performances
- To supervise Senior Registered Nurses to develop their management skill and coach to all rank staff in clinical practices
- To assist to prepare staff duty roster and job allocation
- To oversee daily operation and administration of Operating Theatre & Endoscopy Department and Central Sterile Supplies Department
- To monitor and ensure standards of care and smooth running of daily operation
- To assist Nursing Manager to promote evidence-based practice in clinical settings
- To provide inputs and implement department policy, standard of practice and nursing guidelines
- To perform nursing audits to monitor staff’s performance
- To assist Nursing Manager to execute quality improvement
- To deputize Nursing Manager for operational needs and related administrative meetings
- Other duties as assigned by Supervisor(s)
【Qualifications & Preferred Attributes】
- Bachelor degree in Nursing or related disciplines, Master Degree preferred
- Holder of Hong Kong Registered Nurse license with valid practicing certificate
- Holder of valid Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certificate/ Basic Life Support (BLS) certificate
- Holder of Peri-operating Nursing/ Anaesthesia Nursing/ Endoscopy Nursing/ Central Sterile Supplies Department Certificate
- At least 8 years of relevant working experience in Operating Theatre/ Endoscopy/ Central Sterile Supplies
【Responsibilities】
- Require to rotate to XR/ US/ CT/ MR/ PET CT
- Preparation of exam room (tidying up, changing headphone cover, etc.)
- Preparation of patients (direct patients to get change, explain the exam procedure, etc.)
- Assist patient to get on the exam couch especially those with walking difficulties
- Assist to monitor general condition of patient while radiographer is out of the exam room
- Assist nursing staff in patient care procedures
- Assist radiographic staff in patient positioning
- Act as chaperon
- Other duties assigned by supervisor(s)
【Qualifications & Experience】
- Form 5/ DSE or above
- Certificate in Health Care Assistant training
- Relevant experience is preferred
- Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
【Responsibilities】

To perform a full spectrum of HR duties which include payroll, compensation & benefits, employee relations and HR projects;

To assist with the entire payroll process, ensuring accurate and timely payment of employees while maintaining compliance with all relevant regulations;

To assist in ad-hoc projects as assigned by supervisor(s).
【Qualifications & Preferred Attributes】

Degree holder with at least 3 years of progressively experience in managing payroll for "shift and rostered" employees independently;

Well versed in Employment Ordinance and database management;

Good interpersonal and communication skills with a “can-do” attitude;

Detailed and meticulous with good multitasking abilities;

Strong collaboration and teamwork skills;
-
Proficient in MS Office applications such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint;

Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese.

- 曾於醫院 / 診所工作可獲優先考慮
- Form 6 or above.
- Proficient in computer operations and capable of handling appointment data input in both Chinese and English.
- Excellent communication skills with fluent Cantonese and working proficiency in Putonghua and English is highly desirable.
- Excellent and professional customer service skills to efficiently handling enquiries and maintaining smooth communication across departments.
- Proactive, co-operative and a strong team player.
