Medical Officer (Full Time)*
  • General Practice / Family Medicine outpatient clinic
  • Shift duty between 7am and 11pm daily including public holidays
  • Overnight on-site on-call duty

Optometrist*
  • Part I registered optometrist
  • Valid practicing certificate issued by the Optometrists Board
  • Evaluate visual functions including the use of diagnostic drugs
  • Providing optometric care, especially refractive corrections (including prescription and fitting of contact lenses), binocular training, visual skills enhancement training, and low vision care
  • Working together with other professionals in the planning of optometry service in handling patient with visual problems
  • Participating in optometric research and development/ setting up of assessment tools, conducting and participating in health promotion activities and education programs/ projects, and giving talks and lectures on optometric and visual service
  • Perform related administrative duties
  • Fresh graduates will also be considered
Radiographer I / II *
  • Part I/II registration in HK Radiographers Board
  • Has experience in Mammogram/CT
  • Needs to rotate in CT/MRI/PET-CT/ESWL (training provided)
  • Needs to take call and shift duty
Domestic Service Supervisor *
  • Good knowledge and work experiences in hospitality industry, property management, housekeeping services or hospital supporting services
  • Ability to read and write Chinese and simple English, and speak fluent Cantonese
  • Knowledge in computer applications of Microsoft Office and Chinese word processing
  • Good communication, interpersonal and supervisory skills
  • Lead/supervise teams of supporting staff in providing domestic & cleaning services, waste management and catering services
  • Support daily operation of domestic services department, including preparing duty roster, manpower arrangement, supervision, performance management, etc.
Administration Officer / Administrative Assistant *
  • Diploma or above or equivalent with relevant studies in company Administrative/ Secretarial programs
  • Minimum 1 year working experience
  • Support office administrative functions and general clerical duties, including mailing, courier arrangement, procurement of stationery and office supplies, meeting room schedule and setting, uniform arrangement and filing, etc.
  • Handle staffing matters such as leave application and timesheet submission
  • Assists the senior executive in the management, coordination and follow up with various departments in arranging internal/external meetings
  • Prepare agenda, minutes and presentation materials;
  • Managing daily workflows and ad-hoc assignments timely and independently
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
Assistant Human Resources and Administrative Officer*
  • Degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline;
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in Human Resources and administration experience
  • Responsible for full recruitment cycle including arrange and conduct interview, reference check, prepare contract etc.
  • Facilitate on-boarding process and conduct new employee orientation
  • Responsible for sourcing effective recruitment channels
  • Facilitate and support internal and external training
  • Assist in collecting and analyzing data for management review
  • Assists in formulating and implementing HR policies, guideline and procedures
  • Provide support in HR & Admin. including organizing general affairs, staff activities, volunteer activities and perform other ad hoc assignment
  • Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and common HR practices
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese

Registered Nurse - Ward
  • High diploma in nursing or above and at least 2 years related experience
  • Good communication skill and ability to work independently
Customer Service Assistant
  • Form 6 or above
  • Proficiency in spoken Cantonese and English
  • Good command of Mandarin is a definite advantage
  • Customer-oriented mindset with a passion to provide excellent services
  • Handle incoming telephone enquiries and booking for medical services
  • Perform reception duties, including handling registration procedure, greeting visitors, etc.
  • Shift duty is required
Clerk – Radiology and Imaging Department
  • F. 6 or above
  • At least 1 year general office working experience is preferred. Hospital experience is an advantage
  • Handle daily internal and external telephone enquiries in a timely manner
  • Take care enquiries and requests from customers, such as, arrange and schedule patients’ booking etc.
  • Experience in typing of medical radiology report is an advantage
  • Good computer skill and knowledge of windows application
  • Fluent in Cantonese and good spoken English preferred
Cashier
  • Form 5 or above
  • Proficient in Computer, English and Chinese Word Processing
  • Responsible for daily cash receipt, credit card processing and book/cashier closing
  • Provide clerical sppport to the department
  • Experience in hospital/clinic/cashier/accounting is preferable
  • Shift duty until 11pm
  • Should be independent and work under pressure
Hospital Clerk - Admission Office
  • Form 5 or above
  • Proficient in Computer, English and Chinese Word Processing
  • Good communication skills, experience in hospital/clinic/cashier/accounting is preferable
  • Shift duty until 11pm.
  • Responsible for tasks of reception, clerical and provide support to department
Clerk - Medical Record Dept. (One Year Contract)
  • Form 5 or above
  • Proficient in Computer, English and Chinese Word Processing
  • Responsible for handling medical records and supporting other depts., need to work in the medical record store room.
  • Good communication skills
  • Experience in hospital/clinic is preferable
  • Working Location : Evangel Hospital Support Centre (Tokwawan)
Cleaning and Supporting Staff (Shift Duty) (Night)
  • Primary 6 or above
  • Responsible for cleaning, laundry and other supporting tasks
