Medical Officer (Full Time)*
  • General Practice / Family Medicine outpatient clinic
  • Shift duty between 7am and 11pm daily including public holidays
  • Overnight on-site on-call duty

Medical Record Officer*
  • Bachelor degree preferably in Health Information Management or equivalent
  • At least 5 years of experience in medical records management in hospital
  • Familiar with medical terminology and experience in coding
  • Set up and implement a medical record policy and system that ensure safe keeping and efficient flow of medical records to meet clinical needs and stakeholders requests
  • Help in medical coding and compilation of hospital statistics
  • Upkeep the quality and integrity of information contained in medical records for safe care of patients
  • Handle requests for medical report or records in compliance with statutory and legal requirements
  • Lead the medical records service and manage the team in daily operation
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese
Human Resources & Administration Officer *
  • Degree holder or above in HRM, Business Management or related discipline
  • Minimum 3 years all rounded HR and administration experience
  • Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and common HR practices
  • Responsible for full spectrum of HR & ADM functions including recruitment, compensation & benefits, employee relationship and office administration
  • Sound knowledge in C&B projects inclusive of salary survey, benchmarking, benefit initiatives and other annual C&B exercise, etc. is a must
  • Preparing monthly reports, survey statistics for management review
  • Handle staff disciplinary issues, work injury cases and labor dispute cases
  • Assists in formulating and implementing HR policies, guideline and procedures
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of clerical and supporting staff and ensure the effective delivery of service
  • Assists in organizing general affairs, staff activities, volunteer activities and other ad hoc assignment
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Proficient in computer application including MS Word and Excel

Administrative Assistant *
  • Diploma or above or equivalent with relevant studies in company Administrative/ Secretarial programs
  • Minimum 1 year working experience
  • Support office administrative functions and general clerical duties, including mailing, courier arrangement, procurement of stationery and office supplies, meeting room schedule and setting, uniform arrangement and filing, etc.
  • Handle staffing matters such as leave application and timesheet submission
  • Assists the senior executive in the management, coordination and follow up with various departments in arranging internal/external meetings
  • Prepare agenda, minutes and presentation materials;
  • Managing daily workflows and ad-hoc assignments timely and independently
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
Senior Analyst Programmer / Analyst Programmer
  • Degree in I.T. discipline or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 year experience in software development and user support.
  • Good knowledge in .NET, Java, Microsoft SQL and Web programming.
  • Experience in Visual Foxpro, database optimization and mobile app development will be an advantage.
  • Experience in infrastructure support, such as server admin, backup, firewall, network, will be an advantage.
  • Holder of related Microsoft Certifications will be an advantage
  • A good team player with strong problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
I.T. Technical Support
  • Degree or above in Information Technology, Computer Studies or relevant disciplines
  • At least 3 years relevant experience in system and technical support
  • Solid desktop and server maintenance experience
  • Experience in .NET, MSSQL or web development an advantage
  • MCP / MCSA / MCSE would be an advantage
  • Good communication and problem solving skills
Registered Nurse - Operating Theatre
  • Registered with Hong Kong Nursing Council with valid practicing certificate
  • At least 2 years O.T./Endoscopy experience and training
  • Good communication skills and ability to work independently
Secretary / Senior Audio Typist (Radiology & Imaging)
  • University graduate in Medical or Healthcare related discipline
  • At least 4 years or above in audio typist experience in healthcare industry with knowledge of medical terminology
  • Good communication skills and ability to work independently in busy team environment
  • Maintain and provide high standard of secretarial and administrative support to the department
  • Involve daily audio typing of patients’ medical radiology reports to ensure the accurate typing is carried out promptly within deadlines
  • Assist with radiology in-charge to maintain & upkeep the facilities of medical room, such as, handling patient reports & filing
  • Assist department in-charge to provide training for staff and monitor the daily operation at work
  • Able to work alongside other typists and medical officers to maintain the smooth running of the department
Clerk – Radiology and Imaging Department
  • F. 6 or above
  • At least 1 year general office working experience is preferred. Hospital experience is an advantage
  • Handle daily internal and external telephone enquiries in a timely manner
  • Take care enquiries and requests from customers, such as, arrange and schedule patients’ booking etc.
  • Experience in typing of medical radiology report is an advantage
  • Good computer skill and knowledge of windows application
  • Fluent in Cantonese and good spoken English preferred
Health Care Assistant - Ward
  • Form 5 or above
  • Certificate of "Health Care Assistant" or related training
  • Work in OPD / Ward
  • Shift duty
Hospital Clerk - Admission Office
  • Form 5 or above
  • Proficient in Computer, English and Chinese Word Processing
  • Good communication skills, experience in hospital/clinic/cashier/accounting is preferable
  • Shift duty until 11pm.
  • Responsible for tasks of reception, clerical and provide support to department
Office Clerk (OPD)
  • Form 5 or above
  • Proficient in Computer, English and Chinese Word Processing
  • Good communication skills, experience in hospital/clinic/cashier/accounting is preferable
