Medical Officer (Full Time)*
  • General Practice / Family Medicine outpatient clinic
  • Shift duty between 7am and 11pm daily including public holidays
  • Overnight on-site on-call duty
註冊中醫師 *
  • 香港註冊中醫師,持有效註冊中醫執業證明書
  • 具五年或以上臨床經驗
  • 能使用電子媒體記錄病歷及處方
  • 操流利廣東話及英語
  • 能獨立處理日常行政工作及培訓健康助理優先考慮
Radiographer I / II *
  • Part I/II registration in HK Radiographers Board
  • Has experience in Mammogram/CT
  • Needs to rotate in CT/MRI/PET-CT/ESWL (training provided)
  • Needs to take call and shift duty
Accounting Manager *
  • Qualified Accountant of HKICPA or ACCA with degree in Accountancy or equivalent
  • At least 3 years’ accounting experience in supervisory level
  • Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience with solid experience in audit field
  • Able to lead a team and have strong sense of responsibility
  • Able to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines
  • Attention to details, self-motivated and strong organizational skills
  • High proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Excellent communication skills to work closely with all levels including senior management
  • Proficient in MS Excel and Word applications; and
  • Solid hands-on experience in Flex Accounting System is preferred
Domestic Service Supervisor *
  • Good knowledge and work experiences in hospitality industry, property management, housekeeping services or hospital supporting services
  • Ability to read and write Chinese and simple English, and speak fluent Cantonese
  • Knowledge in computer applications of Microsoft Office and Chinese word processing
  • Good communication, interpersonal and supervisory skills
  • Lead/supervise teams of supporting staff in providing domestic & cleaning services, waste management and catering services
  • Support daily operation of domestic services department, including preparing duty roster, manpower arrangement, supervision, performance management, etc.
Human Resources & Administration Officer *
  • Degree holder or above in HRM, Business Management or related discipline
  • Minimum 3 years all rounded HR and administration experience
  • Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and common HR practices
  • Responsible for full spectrum of HR & ADM functions including recruitment, compensation & benefits, employee relationship and office administration
  • Sound knowledge in C&B projects inclusive of salary survey, benchmarking, benefit initiatives and other annual C&B exercise, etc. is a must
  • Preparing monthly reports, survey statistics for management review
  • Handle staff disciplinary issues, work injury cases and labor dispute cases
  • Assists in formulating and implementing HR policies, guideline and procedures
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of clerical and supporting staff and ensure the effective delivery of service
  • Assists in organizing general affairs, staff activities, volunteer activities and other ad hoc assignment
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Proficient in computer application including MS Word and Excel
  • Be self-motivated, positive thinking and able to work independently
Administrative Assistant *
  • Diploma or above or equivalent with relevant studies in company Administrative/ Secretarial programs
  • Minimum 1 year working experience
  • Support office administrative functions and general clerical duties, including mailing, courier arrangement, procurement of stationery and office supplies, meeting room schedule and setting, uniform arrangement and filing, etc.
  • Handle staffing matters such as leave application and timesheet submission
  • Assists the senior executive in the management, coordination and follow up with various departments in arranging internal/external meetings
  • Prepare agenda, minutes and presentation materials;
  • Managing daily workflows and ad-hoc assignments timely and independently
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
Senior Analyst Programmer / Analyst Programmer
  • Degree in I.T. discipline or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 year experience in software development and user support.
  • Good knowledge in .NET, Java, Microsoft SQL and Web programming.
  • Experience in Visual Foxpro, database optimization and mobile app development will be an advantage.
  • Experience in infrastructure support, such as server admin, backup, firewall, network, will be an advantage.
  • Holder of related Microsoft Certifications will be an advantage
  • A good team player with strong problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
Registered Nurse - Ward
  • High diploma in nursing or above and at least 2 years related experience
  • Good communication skill and ability to work independently
Part-time Registered Nurse – OPD
  • At least 2 years related experience
  • Good communication skills and ability to work independently
Clerk – Radiology and Imaging Department
  • Good command in both English and Chinese
  • Good Interpersonal and communication skills
  • Service-oriented work attitude and good telephone manner
  • Experience in typing of medical radiology report is an advantage
  • Working knowledge of MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
Customer Service Assistant
  • Form 6 or above
  • Proficiency in spoken Cantonese and English
  • Good command of Mandarin is a definite advantage
  • Customer-oriented mindset with a passion to provide excellent services
  • Handle incoming telephone enquiries and booking for medical services
  • Perform reception duties, including handling registration procedure, greeting visitors, etc.
  • Shift duty is required
中醫配藥員
  • 中五程度,懂電腦操作及中、英文輸入法
  • 曾接受認可的中草藥培訓,持有中藥配藥高級文憑或同等學歷
  • 具中藥配藥及藥物存倉經驗
  • 負責協助中醫師監管及執行診所一般運作事務,包括執藥、登記、收費及協助醫師進行治療程序
醫院文員 - 入院部
  • 中五程度或以上
  • 懂電腦操作及中、英文輸入法
  • 良好溝通技巧,有醫院/診所工作經驗優先考慮
  • 需輪班至晚上十一時
  • 負責接待、文職及部門支援等工作
辦事處文員 (門診部)
  • 中五程度或以上
